In total, this channel has over 7 million views, which is just insane considering how fast they have done it.

It's also telling me that this niche is still brand new and has lots of potential because of the insane opportunity AI offers to us. 

So in this video, I will show you exactly how you can start your own YouTube automation channel using this method.

YouTube Niche Research with AI

So let's focus and immediately get to work. 

The first step is niche research and finding a well-performing channel. 

You see, usually, it is a very time-consuming process, and you could spend hours at a time just scrolling on YouTube. 

The best thing you find is Minecraft Let's Play videos.

Anyway, I don't know about you guys, but I don't like wasting time because time is money. 

So now, this is where one of my secret weapons comes into the picture to save us some time.

Anyway, once you create the account in the ideation section, click on Niche Explorer. 

Now, guys, this is where it gets insane. 

As you can see, 

TubeMagic just provides us with a gigantic list of some of the top-performing niches. 

On the right side, you can see approximate RPMs for each niche. 

As a monetized creator myself, I can say that these numbers are more or less accurate.

Anyway, you can feel free to scroll around if you wish, but now let's focus on our channel. 

So here it is and as you can see, it has an approximate RPM of $10 which is insane. 

So now let's start creating our channel.

Creating a YouTube Channel with AI

To start, we need a channel and branding for it. So go over to your YouTube studio and create a channel. 

Just in case you already know how to create a channel and the logo, feel free to use the time stamps below to navigate to the next step.

For now, on the right side, hit on your profile icon. 

Now hit switch account and at the bottom hit view all channels. 

Now hit create a channel just like that. 

Now choose a name for the channel. 

So go to ChatGPT and ask it to provide us with similar name and concept ideas as the channel we are modeling. 

I will tell it to use its name, description, and top 3 most popular videos for reference. 

It's a long prompt, so I will just drop it in the Google Doc. 

Feel free to copy this prompt to generate your ideas.

Now pick the name that you like and simply copy it. 

Now paste it into your name field and create an appropriate username as well. 

Next, tell ChatGPT what name you chose and ask it for a short channel description that is well organized and has emojis for that extra engagement. 

The prompt is also in the doc below. 

Once it's done, paste it into your bio, and now we are ready to create our logo.

Creating a YouTube Logo with AI

To create a logo, we will need an AI image generator of your choice. 

I will use Leonardo AI. 

If you don't have an account yet, I drop the link below. 

So first, let's go back to ChatGPT and ask it to give us a design idea for the logo.

Now, the channel we are modeling uses these AI-generated aliens as their characters. 

Well, I think we have a real opportunity here to create an outstanding channel. 

You see they are using recognizable characters. 

They remind me of the movie Avatar. 

So it will be super easy to create viral recognizable characters with AI.

Now here is a pro tip for you guys. 

If you are starting a new channel in a new niche, you always wanna model the most popular videos. 

I will tell you why later in the video. 

So let's go back to Astro Legends and analyze the most popular video. 

I like this blue character so let's recreate it.

So now our goal in ChatGPT is to describe this blue-skinned character to get a text prompt that we will use for generating the logo. 

As you can see, it's quite a long text prompt, so you will find it in the Google Doc in case you wanna just copy it. 

Now once you get the prompt, let's generate our logo.

To do that, head over to Leonardo AI and click on Image Generation right here on the left. 

The link to Leonardo AI is down in the description. 

Now on the left side in the image Dimension section, put in 800 by 800 since that's YouTube's logo format. 

Now for this picture, I think the best generating model is Leonardo Diffusion XL, so click right here to choose it. 

Now just paste your logo prompt from ChatGPT and hit generate a few times. 

Typically it takes 4 generations to get good results and boom, our logo is done. 

Just download the one you like. 

Now go back to the YouTube studio and simply upload your logo.

Scriptwriting with TubeMagic AI

Okay, we are finally ready to move on to the video creation process. 

So guys, if I were just one of these gurus, I tell you to go to ChatGPT and generate the script. 

There you see, ChatGPT is a great tool for many purposes, but it's simply not the best one when it comes to script writing. 

It gives you generic scripts that no one listens to.

So now let's go back to our old friend TubeMagic because it can write scripts too.

Anyway, let's do everything in order. 

There are two ultimate ways to generate a viral script using this tool.

The first way is to provide video ideas. 

Let's go to the channel we are modeling and copy their user handle because this is exactly what TubeMagic is going to ask you for. 

Now paste it and generate. 

As you can see, within seconds it provided us with a video idea called Unveiling the Secrets of Hollow Earth. 

Sure we could just click on Generate Script now and proceed with it, but let me show you something even better.

As I mentioned earlier in this video, when you create a new channel and you want it to just skyrocket and take off with growth, you need to model proven-to-work videos. 

Let me show you. Go to the channel and click on videos. 

Now sort them by popularity. Next, copy their most popular video's title, and let's go back to TubeMagic.

Second Way to Script with AI

On the homepage, scroll down to find the scripting section and click on the Video Scripts tool. 

As you guessed, it is a supercharged professional AI scriptwriter. 

Now paste the title of the most popular video below. 

Make sure to choose General Script.

Now on the right side, we can choose the desired number of words. 

As it suggests right here, 800 words is about five minutes. 

Now this is important. 

The channel we are modeling is creating longer videos, over one hour. 

So you wanna keep that in mind. However, I will create a quick 2-minute video for demonstration purposes, so let's bring our word countdown to about 500. 

Additionally, make sure to write the keyword simple to understand in the prompt. 

Afterward, click on generate and wait about a minute.

Guys, this script will do wonders for your channel's growth and that's because TubeMagic pulls viral proven-to-work data straight from YouTube.

So here is our script. This one is quite good actually.

So to create our voiceover, let's go back to TubeMagic and scroll down until you see the Audio and Video section. 

Click on the AI Voice tool and paste the script right here. 

As you can see, we have many languages and accents available. 

Additionally, you can choose gender, style, and other advanced options. 

I will use a friendly British male voice for this one.

So there we go, the voiceover is done. 

Now simply click here to download it. Moving on to the final step.

Creating the Video with AI

At last, the time has come for the video. 

Now I have shown you some free video editing software such as CapCut and DaVinci Resolve, but they aren't exactly user-friendly when you need quick results. 

So I will show you the most effective way to make the video now.

If we were to follow this step-by-step guide, we would be using yet another insane tool to help us. 

Let's go back to TubeMagic and scroll down until you see the Video Creator tool. 

Now click on it and start a new project. Simply name your project here. Let's call it the AI Auto project and hit Create.

The first thing you see is the script section, so let's go ahead and paste our script here. 

Now here is an important part. As you can see, it asks us for the project outline. 

Guys, let me show you the power of TubeMagic once again.

Using TubeMagic for Storyboard

We don't need to brainstorm our outline here. 

Let's go back to our modeling channel and analyze their most popular video once again. 

So we just need to model that video, not exactly copy it. Take notes of their outline and save it to our doc.

Once it's done, let's go back to TubeMagic and fill in the outline here. 

Now let's add some AI voice-over to it. Paste the audio file here, and make sure to sync it with our script. 

So now comes the fun part. Simply click Generate Visuals, and the tool will create appropriate scenes for our video.

The tool will provide you with several images for each scene. 

You can select the ones you like and the tool will automatically animate them for you. 

As you see, it is doing it for me right now. 

This process might take some time, but believe me, it is worth it.
